Hong Kong feels like my second home with a big part of my family living there. I planned some awesome things to do while I was there, such as the Big Buddha, the Victoria peak, hike, island hopping, and much more. However, it all required good weather which was not the case at all. It was very cloudy and rainy every day, which explains the food glory here in this diary and even more in the video. It gave us no choice but to eat all day everyday exploring the hotspots.

Waking up with this view <3
Hong Kong Skyline
The Coffee Academy, Harbour city
First time drinking a ‘rose latte’. It tasted good!
Fries in MongKok
Very intrigued by these fries, unfortunately I ate too much already to try. Next time!!
Egglets
You find these egglets everywhere on the streets of Hong Kong. TRY!!!
Tram
Honey Creme
Korean ice cream with a very interesting menu. As you may guess I wanted to try them all, so I went back the next day to eat another one 😀 I tried one with popcorn and one with cotton candy. Yummm!!
Allegretto 3D coffee
I had to wait 30 min for it, but it was so worth it. The baristas at Allegretto are true artists!
Village
Back to my roots.. Visited the old village where my mother grew up.

Streets of Hong Kong
Hong Kong breakfast
You can order a french toast at many restaurants. It’s not the healthiest choice maybe, but I always need to eat this at least once when I am in Hong Kong.
Oddies
We found this place via Instagram and I was determined to try it. We tried this one with chocolate chip egglets. Definitely recommended if you are in the Wan Chai area.
Wan Chai
We were buying a few last souvenirs in this area, quite colorful this neighbourhood. There is a mall here with cheap tech stuff, such as action cams, laptops etc.
Langham afternoon tea with Wedgwood
Closing our Hong Kong trip in style with an indulging afternoon tea experience at the Langham Hotel. The afternoon tea is at the grand lobby of this luxury hotel. We ate a lot of delicious desserts and bites and drank our tea with the elegant Wedgwood tableware while enjoying the live piano play.
Hong Kong
Time to say goodbye again. Going to miss this view.
