ROB PEETOOM HAIRSPA BALI

As you may know, I always go to Rob Peetoom, in The Netherlands, for my hair and eyebrows. I trust their expertise and I really enjoy the treatments every time.
Rumor has it that they have a hair spa in Bali as well (and soon a second one), taking indulging yourself to the next level. Well, I had to find out for myself and today I am sharing my amazing time at their hair spa with you!

I was really looking forward to getting pampered after a very long flight with two transfers to Bali (24 hours of travel). Not that I really needed an excuse to visit this place, because it is the whole experience that makes your visit to this hair spa memorable. The staff, the peaceful ambiance, the treatments are all top-class luxuries.

1. Hair ritual
I started off with a hair analysis conducted through some high tech equipment to determine what products to apply on my hair. It’s really tailored to what your hair needs. For example, I really have a dry scalp and my hair is a little bit damaged by the coloring. Based on this information, they selected the Kérastase products below for my hair treatment.

60-min hair treatment
The hair treatment is not just using the products above. First of all, the view is really to die for. Never witnessed an open spa at a sawa (rice fields) before, it’s very peaceful. After applying the serum, shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask they rinse it off with mineral water!
During this treatment, you get ahead, neck, back, and shoulder massage with hot stones. First time experiencing the hot stones and it is really really nice to relieve some stress from your body.

2. Manicure & pedicure
At the same time, I got a mani-pedi as well. I picked a red color from OPI. It’s really insane to experience this princess life, just lying there with a breathtaking view while 3 experts are working on you to make you feel and look better. I tell you it feels unreal, super spoilt, and sooooo nice!

3. Blowdry
Finishing the spa with a hair blow-dry and styling. I love it when Rob Peetoom creates my curls, they are so much more bouncy and firm than when I do it at home. The perfect finish of a wonderful indulging afternoon at the hair spa.
