Two weeks ago I went to Serbia for Fashion Week. I never heard of their Fashion Week before, but I was very curious when Esmee and I received the invite to be there as their VIP guests. I personally LOVE to attend fashion shows, whether it is as big as Paris, London or as small as Tokyo and Amsterdam, I appreciate them all. Something magical happens when the lights go out, music loud, make up on point and models in the stunning designer creations where a whole team have been working their asses off for months. Yep, you can call me a Fashion Week addict.
The experience is even better as a VIP guest. Lunches, VIP lounge, front row seats, personal escorts, thanks Serbia Fashion Week for everything! And the best of all was meeting the lovely local bloggers. Everyone was so cool and welcoming, you guys were the cherry on top of the cake!

Day 1
Serbia Fashion Week took place in Novi Sad, an hour from Belgrade. Novi Sad is super beautiful, so different from what I have expected with so many colorful buildings. The people were super friendly, I got so many random compliments walking on the streets. Also, it was like 28 degrees! Wow, we have missed summer. Esmee and I were working a lot, shooting a lot of outfit photos, but between all that we really enjoyed Novi Sad.
Blogger’s lunch
In the afternoon we were picked up to have lunch with a few local bloggers. It was really fun to meet them. Each market is so different, so it’s awesome to see how everyone pursues their passion in their own way.
Openings night
In the evening we went to a special location for the openings night. The show was a men collection inspired by Andy Warhol, designed by 20 young designers. It was such a diverse show. Amazing to see how each designer interpreted Andy Warhol. Although it was a men’s collection, I saw some pretty pieces that I even would wear!
Day 2
In the morning Esmee and I continued our shoots and explored Novi Sad a bit.
Photoshoot
Photoshoot at the roof top of the Fashion Week venue by Bojan Cokic. Wearing a dress that was showed on the catwalk during this Fashion Week.

Backstage access to see the preparations, before we saw everything from our front row seats 🙂
Milica Lazarević
A strong feminine dress collection. The models were transformed into fabulous warriors.
Kreativa by Višnja Knežević
Greek goddesses on the catwalk.
Milos Miletic
Check out this wedding finale dress!
Alina Sabau
I loved the concept of the bird in every piece. Loved the collection.
Sabrina Beširević
Flowy yellow pieces on bare feet. I can see myself wearing these items to a tropical location.
Eymeric Francois
Japan is my favorite country in the world. So it was incredible to see the Geisha interpretation in Francois’ collection. The finale look with the feathers head accessory was pretty epic!
Thanks for having us Serbia Fashion Week!
