— Lancôme —
Beauty and fashion go hand in hand, but I certainly don’t qualify as a beauty blogger (yet). I am actually experimenting with lots of makeup lately because it can really complete a look.
But it all starts with the basics. On my daily makeup routine, I don’t really wear much makeup. I put on my BB cream, do my eyebrows and for my eye makeup I put on mascara and eyeliner.
In collaboration with Lancôme, I shot these images in Marrakech. I can tell you that this is a collaboration goal I dreamed of, because I am a huge fan of Lancôme forever.
I guess this all started with my mother as she also uses Lancôme. When I began to experiment with makeup at a young age, I always secretly used her stash to paint my face.
I used the Lancôme liner when I started practicing with eyeliners. It was always very easy to apply because of the pen.
— Lancôme Gradiôse liner —
Now they are introducing a new revolution in eyeliners, named the Grandiôse liner. This eyeliner has a cool click to bend the top to make it even easier to create your wings from the right angle.
The liner is thin, consequently, you can make subtle wings as I did in this shoot, or you can layer it for a more dramatic effect.
Soon I will come back on this eyeliner experiment, creating multiple looks for different occasions. I actually have tons of (fun) ideas to show you how excited I am with this!
For now, I start with the very basic, because I was having such a relaxing day at the hotel in Marrakech. To get ready for the evening, I only enhanced my eyes a bit with the liner and mascara. Et voilaaa..
