Be careful what you wish for, they say. I had this idea for a while to cover a wall with a gallery of frames next to our couch in the living room. Now, I have partnered with Desenio to make that happen. I took this task utmost serious and designed the wall that we (yeah I had to make consensus with my boyfriend) love.
The process was as followed:
1. Scrolling through all the posters and frames at www.desenio.com.
2. Long list: pick all the posters and frames you love
3. Short list: reduce the list to your absolute favorites
4. Decide the size of your gallery wall
5. Use a tool like photoshop to play with the frame positions.
Like I said, I took this job very seriously. Once I was finally content with my design, I ordered everything. All credits to my boyfriend for hanging all the frames eventually. Now, I look at this wall with so much pride. It completely changed our living room with the positive spirit of the posters.
